Nora has not asked me for a review yet, but I wanted to leave one anyway. Last year I made plans to move to Tulum and purchase a home. I have worked in real estate in the US for over 20 years, so I am kind of particular about who I work with, and I can also be a little demanding. After speaking with a few agents in the area, I decided to go with Nora's services. It was a great decision. Nora listened to what I was interested in and helped educate me on the market here. She was able to answer almost every question I had immediately, and when she was not able to do so, she figured it out and provided relevant information. While the process of real estate purchases here are similar to US, there are some substantial differences. Nora's high-level professional and interpersonal skills helped put me at ease. We considered several properties, and I learned a lot very quickly. Ultimately I was able to make an offer on a great property. Absolutely amazing person to deal with. Nora is well organized, communicated effectively, has a deep understanding of the market and her work, she is always professional and most importantly, she is a lovely person and a pleasure to work with.
She always goes above and beyond what one might expect to be done, and always has her clients best interests at the front of any recommendation or proposal.
Personally, we were getting a little frustrated with the many contradicting websites and information on listings we found ourselves, and Nora streamlined the whole process to get up to date and accurate listing information from which we could then make real assessments.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Nora Moreno. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place.
